As your Member of The Legislative Assembley, one of my most important duties is helping Lakeside residents when they have problems with a provincial government department or agency. Getting quickly in touch with the right person in the provincial bureaucracy can be frustrating and time-consuming.
My staff are trained to assist constituents by cutting through a myriad of departments, telephone numbers, and red tape. They can direct people to the appropriate office, provide them with necessary instructions, phone numbers or materials, and/or find out the status of an application.
While I cannot order a provincial department or agency to decide a matter in your favour, I can ensure that you are treated fairly, your rights are respected, and procedural errors are corrected.
